I like their approach, which is to say that eating less meat and animal products (milk, eggs, etc.) is already a step in the right direction, and that you don't have to be ‘perfectly’ vegan (if that's even possible, given how animal products are hidden in absolutely everything) to make an impact.

That being said, if you have read anything about veganism before, you probably won't learn much. The fact that this book would have been less than an 100 pages without all the padding and repetition isn't helping. Best suited for complete beginners on the topic, if you don't have a better source of information available.
